Conducted various campaigns and successfully coordinated the entire project by implementing and evaluating project design, costs and budgets, event planning, new business development methodologies, marketing campaigns as well as other administrative functions.
The conference brought light to many aspects of new business ventures, how the initial business idea can be streamlined and altered into one that is fool-proof, how internal marketing and internal cultures can make or break a potential business, the financing and investment decision along with the many sources available for prospective entrepreneurs and finally how the business performance can be measured and outcomes used for positive reinforcement.
